ABOUT ME
With over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse working in medical intensive care unit at the Mayo Clinic as well as orthopedics in Rochester, MN, I learned from the best of the best to always improve and always strive for excellence. I went on to earn my nurse practitioner degree in adult primary care but went on to discover my true passion as I started a job in psychiatry. I then earned my psychiatric certification and have been practicing successfully with amazing outcomes since 2019. I truly feel the key to care is truly listening and honestly caring for patients as this is what I believe people struggling with mental health are desperately searching. I spend my free time enjoying my two children along with practicing yoga for over twenty years. I also love to sing and find it personally therapeutic and meditative.
